    Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions (Veolia WTS) is seeking an experienced Sales Domain Leader for the Micro Electronics market to drive our sales strategy and execution across Europe.

    This influential role requires a deep understanding of the Micro Electronics sector, coupled with strong sales acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with regional teams.

    Day-to-Day Duties :

    1. Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities within the Micro Electronics market
    2. Lead technical and commercial development of water treatment solutions and services
    3. Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to generate qualified leads
    4. Cultivate long-term relationships at all levels of customer organizations
    5. Collaborate with the European Market Leader for MicroE to ensure coordinated strategy execution
    6. Participate in alignment meetings to discuss market opportunities and strategic initiatives
    7. Support market development initiatives and joint value proposition development
    8. Harmonize sales operations across regions, defining clear objectives and action plans
    9. Monitor and lead key opportunities through the sales pipeline
    10. Develop opportunity-specific sales strategies to close new business

    This role reports to the European Sales ES Leader.

    Qualifications

    1. Preferred skills and experience
    2. Extensive experience in technical and commercial sales within the Water Treatment Micro Electronics sector
    3. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred or industry experience
    4. Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies
    5. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
    6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
    7. Outstanding relationship-building skills with complex stakeholder landscapes
    8. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    9. Willingness to travel as required
