Sales Director (South Europe)

This role is an important part of our dynamic and high-performing global sales team, reporting directly to our Senior VP of Sales. The Sales Director will lead sales efforts in South Europe, building pipelines and delivering on targets.

Areas of focus and impact
  • Drive revenue growth through the sales of Promon's products, services, and solutions (direct & indirect).
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that turn clients into advocates for our products.
  • Connect clients’ business objectives with Promon’s offerings and solutions.
Your background and experience
  • Proven track record of consistent pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of the territory's relevant industries, clients, and business partners.
  • Strong goal setting, time management, and a drive to succeed.
  • Integrity, humility, team orientation, sense of humor, and performance drive.
  • Exceptional presentation skills for delivering executive and value-based presentations.
  • Fluent in English and at least one of the following: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or French.
