Opportunity for a Senior Level Solar PV Sales Professional - Sales Director

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Italy’s DG-scale solar business.
  2. Identify, engage, and nurture key customer relationships to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
  3. Provide market insights and competitive analysis to support strategic decisions.
  4. Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  5. Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract closure, meeting revenue and growth targets.
  6. Represent DMEGC Solar at industry events, trade shows, and strategic meetings.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of solar PV sales experience in Italy.
  • Established network of distributors, EPCs, and small to medium-sized developers in the region.
  • Deep understanding of customer organization structures, decision-making, and procurement strategies.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage sales pipelines effectively.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and drive results.
