Opportunity for a Senior level Solar PV sales professional to join a top-tier global Solar Panel company as Sales Director. In this role, you will develop clients in Distributors, C&I, and EPCs.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Italy’s DG-scale solar business.
Identify, engage, and nurture key customer relationships to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract closure, meeting revenue and growth targets.
Represent DMEGC Solar at industry events, trade shows, and strategic meetings.
Requirements:
5+ years of solar PV sales experience in Italy.
Well-established network of distributors, EPCs, and small-medium size developers in the region.
Deep understanding of customer organization structures, decision-making processes, and procurement strategies.
Proven ability to develop and manage sales pipelines effectively.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, thrive under pressure, and drive results.
Fluency in English and Italian.
