Opportunity for a Senior Solar PV Sales Professional - Sales Director

Join a global TOP 10 Tier 1 Solar Panel company in this senior role, focusing on developing clients within Distributors, C&I, and EPCs.

Role: Remote

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Italy’s DG-scale solar business.
  2. Identify, engage, and nurture key customer relationships to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  3. Provide market insights and competitive analysis for strategic planning.
  4. Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  5. Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract closure to meet revenue targets.
  6. Represent DMEGC Solar at industry events, trade shows, and strategic meetings.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of solar PV sales experience in Italy.
  • Established network of distributors, EPCs, and small to medium-sized developers in the region.
  • Deep understanding of customer organizational structures, decision-making, and procurement strategies.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage sales pipelines effectively.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, thrive under pressure, and drive results.
