Lead Business Growth in Italy

5V Tech is proud to partner with a global pioneer in clean mobility technology, accelerating the rollout of electric vehicle infrastructure across Europe.

We are now looking for a commercially focused professional to lead growth within the public charging and retail segments in Italy. The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers to position EV charging as a strategic enabler.

The successful applicant will shape go-to-market strategy based on local insights, regulatory changes, and segment-specific challenges. They will represent the company at key industry events, forums, and associations to build visibility and influence.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers to position EV charging as a strategic enabler.
  • Shape go-to-market strategy based on local insights, regulatory changes, and segment-specific challenges.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, forums, and associations to build visibility and influence.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in high-tech B2B sales (e.g. energy, mobility, infrastructure, or industrial sectors).
  • A hunter mentality with a proven track record of acquiring new business and closing large, strategic deals.
  • Solid understanding of Italy's public EV charging landscape, from municipalities to private site owners.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills at senior level.
  • Strategic thinking, commercial sharpness, and the ability to translate complex solutions into client value.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
