Sales Manager - Fraud Protection SaaS (Italy)

Location: Italy (Remote)

My client, a fast-growing SaaS company in the fraud prevention space, is expanding into the Italian market and is looking for a high-performing Business Hunter to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth in the banking & finance market.

What You'll Do
  1. Identify and close new business opportunities through outbound sales, partnerships, and strategic targeting
  2. Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract negotiation
  3. Educate and consult prospects on fraud and risk challenges, working closely with solution engineers and product specialists
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the sales process and improve conversion rates
  5. Provide regular feedback from the field to shape market positioning
What You Bring
  • Strong network in and experience of selling to Italian banking customers
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in fraud prevention, cybersecurity, or payments
  • Proven track record with consistent quota attainment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Italian and English
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment
