Sales Director Italy

The Team :

Our Land Sales team is dedicated to acquiring new Enterprise accounts, focusing on establishing customer relationships throughout Italy.

The Role : The Work You’ll Do :

  • Hire, manage, and develop strong sales talent, drive individual AE success, and foster a great team spirit.
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory with control and forecast accuracy.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets through landing new logos and expanding our customer base in the assigned segment/industry.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and partner relationships for executive alignment and proactive account management.
  • Support the team in partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives to drive revenue growth.
  • Effectively communicate the Celonis industry-specific value proposition through proposals and presentations, enabling the team to do the same with high quality and domain knowledge.

The Qualifications You Need :

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven experience working with Partners, such as Consulting firms and Enterprise Tech
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, high-growth environment with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset
  • Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, embrace diversity, and possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy working autonomously, managing your own time and priorities
  • Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team
