Job Description

The Sales Director, reporting directly to the CEO, will be responsible of the following activities:

  • Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy to support business goals.
  • Lead and manage the commercial team with a 50+ HC to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities, together with the Branch managers and drive business growth initiatives.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders globally.
  • Oversee pricing strategies and ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making and new product developments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align commercial efforts with overall company strategy.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on commercial performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Director should have:

  • A strong educational background in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the Food Professional Equipment sector.
  • Excellent strategic planning and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage teams and build relationships.
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics, campaign activation and business development strategies.
  • The ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Italian and English for effective communication.
