Based in Padova, Italy, or Remote | Reporting Country Head Italy

A publicly listed IN Shanghai stock exchange global company with operations in over 120 countries and manufacturing facilities across Europe, South America, Asia, and the Middle East — is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) operations in Italy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth in the Italian C&I market.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare operational and financial reports for the sales department.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the professional development of the sales team.
  • Coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years in sales leadership and 5+ years in sales (preferably within renewable energy, solar, or related industries).
  • Proven track record of delivering results in C&I project sales.
