  • Your Impact
  • Develop Tecno product sales through establishing, developing and retaining customer and dealer relations, directly as well as via the sales team
  • Lead, manage and coach the sales team and foster a culture of winning, innovation and continuous improvement to realise growth and maximize the results of the company
  • Investigate and analyse customer and market trends and identify and pursue potential opportunities to increase sales
  • Take charge of budget planning & sales forecast within Tecno, and manage sales activities to meet the sales objectives
  • Engage the sales support team and align with commercial excellence to develop aftersales business with direct customers and dealers
  • Ensure feedback on competitive product and pricing in alignment with product management and collaborate with the marketing team on activities like product shows and campaigns
  • As part of the management team of Tecno contribute to the further development of the company
  • Your Experience and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of at least 10 years in a senior sales management role, preferably with 5+ years’ experience in global sales of complex machinery - preferably in agriculture
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills with proven experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Excellent oral and written English communication and presentation skills, a second non-native language is a plus
