Job Title: Sales Director

As Sales Director, you will report to the Cluster Leader. You will be responsible for the commercial development of all our product universes and leading the various Sales profiles within the Italian office as part of the SC Europe Sales Force. This includes business developers (new business / hunting) as well as account managers and executives (existing accounts / farming).

MISSIONS
  1. Ensure the performance linked to the commercial activity
  • Develop and manage the acquisition strategy of new customers within the cluster, collaborating with our marketing and programs teams.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and manage the development of the client portfolio.
  • Analyze and evaluate the evolution of client relationships over the long term based on CRM data.
  • Contribute to the analysis of competitive practices and the market.
  • Monitor information on all entrusted clients (news, priorities, strategy, etc.).
  • Ensure best practices within the team.
  • Coordinate activities with other key teams (Partners, Start-up, Pre-Sales, TAM, Marketing, Communications, etc.).
  • Ensure ROI of commercial actions and optimize the commercial budget
    • Optimize revenue and validate financial projections based on identified business potential.
    • Report to management on activities and means implemented to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead a team
    • Manage a team with diverse profiles.
    • Recruit top talents, manage onboarding and team integration.
    • Define and monitor individual objectives/KPIs and performance.
    • Identify training needs and facilitate team development.
    • Promote effective communication and coordination within the team.
  • Large account management
    • Farm the Tech account base.
    • Hunt for new Tech accounts & partners.
    • Manage RFPs.
  • Public representation
    • Serve as the local spokesperson for OVHCloud in media interviews within the Tech sector (post-training).
    • Participate in events and forums focused on the Tech sector.
    PROFILE
    • Minimum 10 years of sales experience selling complex IT solutions, Channel/Enterprise, ideally within Cloud/Storage/Managed Services.
    • Proven experience in leading a team with various sales profiles.
    • Ability to define and build operational reports, recommend actions to improve growth.
    • Recognized as a strong individual contributor and team player with proven Enterprise and Channel sales skills using recognized sales frameworks.
    • Consistently generate and close net new logo Enterprise business.
    • Strong sense of service and positive impact on internal/external contacts.
    • Independent, able to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
