Enterprise Sales Director – Italy

Location: Italy

Compensation: €220,000 OTE + stock options + benefits

We’re partnered with a high-growth cybersecurity scale-up, recently backed by a major funding round and expanding rapidly across EMEA. They're now looking for an Enterprise Sales Director to lead growth in the Italian market.

This is a key role in a fast-moving environment – you'll be joining a collaborative and ambitious team with strong backing and big goals. One experienced seller is already in place, but there’s plenty of room to scale.

What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Own and drive new business across Italy – 100% new logo focus
  2. Qualify, manage, and convert leads into closed opportunities
  3. Build and execute territory and account-based strategies
  4. Conduct prospecting, discovery, and full-cycle enterprise sales
  5. Engage senior stakeholders in IT, security, and compliance
  6. Work closely with SDRs, marketing, and channel leadership
  7. Report into the VP Sales and collaborate cross-functionally
What You’ll Need
  1. 5+ years in enterprise cybersecurity or identity-focused sales
  2. Fluent Italian and strong English
  3. Proven hunter mindset with strong territory planning skills
  4. Track record of exceeding quota and growing market presence
  5. Start-up / scale-up experience and a Challenger-style sales approach
  6. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
