As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a central role in our growth in the Italian real estate market. You will be part of a dynamic, impact-driven team that is revolutionizing property management with a cloud-based CRM platform. As the first point of contact for potential clients, your role will be to open doors, build strong relationships and help property managers transition from outdated processes to digital efficiencies. As a Sales Development Representative and member of the Sales Team you will:
Identify and contact new potential clients (property managers and professional firms)
Handle the early stages of the sales process: outreach, discovery, qualification
Work closely with the Italian team and colleagues in Germany
Actively contribute to the growth and refinement of the sales process
Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product teams
Your profile
You’ve already sold services or products to property management firms (software, utilities, renovations, devices, legal services, etc.) or you have experience selling software to traditional SMEs
You have a strong sales mindset: proactivity, empathy, results-driven
You enjoy building strong, lasting relationships with clients
You’re curious, hungry, and eager to grow in an expanding startup with international growth potential
You’ve worked with a CRM like Salesforce
You naturally keep your CRM clean and updated, understanding how crucial it is for a well-functioning sales machine
You are familiar with outreach tools (e.g. LinkedIn, email automation, sequences)
You can speak Italian (mothertongue) and English (B2 level)
