Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative - Categorie Protette l. 68/99 (m/w/d) who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your role in BizAway:

  1. Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other touchpoints (if cold-calling scares you, this position is probably not for you)
  2. Get a full understanding of our value proposition and how we can help companies save money, time, and frustrations
  3. Research and qualify new prospects in Italy, ensuring they have a problem BizAway can solve
  4. Work with the Country Sales Manager and the Account Executive to define target lists
  5. Present our solution to a range of stakeholders (Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.)
  6. Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and foster growth
Your basic qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  2. Native level of Italian and good level of English
  3. Hunger: not afraid of challenges and eager to learn daily
  4. Proactivity: actively propose value-creating solutions and learn from mistakes
  5. Organization: meticulous in CRM activities; precision is key in a fast environment
  6. Flexibility: comfortable working in a dynamic, uncertain environment
We are also interested in:
  • Previous experience in Sales and/or SaaS startups is a plus
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
