We’re looking for ambitious and motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) ready to make an impact. Every Alfa begins their journey with a fixed-term contract of 1 year (CCNL Commercio, III Level), with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term and continuing a long path of growth within our organization.

Full Time : Monday - Friday | 09 : 00 - 18 : 00 | 1-hour lunch break

Hybrid Mode : 60% office, 40% home office - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

Start Date : to be defined

Offered Salary (gross) : 25-30K + commissions

What You’ll Do :

  • Create Opportunities – Be the first point of contact with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Strategic Prospecting – Use cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn to generate a qualified pipeline for the Account Executive team.
  • Manage the Sales Funnel – Qualify leads and ensure every opportunity moves forward in the sales cycle.
  • Market Research & Analysis – Identify new industries, sectors, and target audiences to maximize growth potential.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Sales – Optimize outreach strategies and improve lead conversion.
  • Track Performance – Use our CRM to monitor activities and continuously refine your engagement strategy.
  • Proven Experience as an SDR or in a similar role, with a strong track record of meeting targets.
