Sales Development Manager – SDR’s - Milan
The Sales Development Manager will be part of Oracle’s demand generation team, working closely with marketing, internal sales and Business Development Teams. This exciting opportunity is focussed on managing a team that is focused on building and nurturing relationships with key business accounts leading to demand generation for Oracle's cloud-based applications (ERP/HCM/SCM/EPM + CX). Role can be based out of Milan Office.

Manages a team of telesales business development representatives for a territory/region. Provides daily operations management of outbound call response and lead qualification functions. Creates product, sales, and business function training programs. Coordinates marketing (direct mail, advertising, etc.) activities with Marketing organizations. Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff. Participates in the recruiting process and provides hiring recommendations to senior management. Manages budget.
