What you will do :

As a Sales Developer at AGICAP, you will help us replicate our success by managing operations, developing business, and increasing profitability in Italy.

  • Engage qualified prospects, demo the AGICAP solution, provide technical assistance, and negotiate contracts remotely via phone.
  • Become an expert on AGICAP.
  • Drive lead generation through outbound prospecting.
  • Identify prospects' pain points.
  • Articulate the AGICAP value proposition to SMBs.
  • Manage the entire sales funnel.
  • Close new deals.
  • Provide feedback to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams about the Italian market.
  • Report on your performance.

You will undergo a comprehensive onboarding process lasting one month and become familiar with our sales and support processes, becoming part of the Agicap tribe.

The commercial value chain includes:

  • Marketing team: lead generation via outbound efforts, online acquisition (SEO/SEA), paid ads, content marketing, PR, webinars, branding, videos, community management.
  • SDRs: qualify leads weekly, understand prospect needs, plan demos with decision-makers.
  • Account Executives: demonstrate the software, sell solutions, activate subscriptions.
  • Customer Success team: onboard new clients, support, and manage accounts.

What we are looking for :

  • Native or fluent Italian speaker with professional proficiency in English.
  • Experience in SaaS sales targeting SMBs is a plus.
  • Creative, consultative selling skills with strong closing ability.
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, proactive "Hunter" and "Do-er".
  • Highly organized, able to manage large amounts of information.
  • Enthusiastic team player.
  • French language skills are a plus.
