What you will do :

Our success is based on a customer-centric culture, innovative product, and team excellence.

As a Sales Developer at AGICAP, your role will be to replicate this success by managing operations, developing business, and increasing profitability in Italy.

  • Engage qualified prospects, demo the AGICAP solution, provide technical assistance, and negotiate contracts remotely by phone.
  • Become an expert on AGICAP.
  • Drive rapid growth of lead generation through outbound prospecting.
  • Identify the pain points of your prospects.
  • Articulate the AGICAP value proposition to SMBs.
  • Manage the entire sales funnel.
  • Close new deals.
  • Provide valuable market feedback to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Report your performance regularly.

You will familiarize yourself with our business model and sales processes. Your onboarding (1 month) will be comprehensive and an opportunity to become part of the Agicap tribe.

The commercial value chain :

  • Marketing Team: responsible for lead generation via outbound efforts, online acquisition (SEO/SEA), paid ads, content marketing, and partnerships.
  • SDRs qualify leads weekly, understanding prospect needs without presenting solutions initially, and schedule demos with decision-makers.
  • Account Executives demonstrate the software, close deals, and activate subscriptions.
  • Customer Success team manages onboarding, training, support, and account management after subscription.

What we are looking for :

  • Fluent or native Italian speaker with full professional proficiency in English.
  • Sales experience in SaaS targeting SMBs is a plus.
  • Creative, consultative selling approach with strong closing skills.
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, a proactive "Hunter" and "Do-er".
  • Strong organization and rigor to manage large amounts of information over time.
  • Enthusiasm and team spirit.
  • Bilingual in French is a plus.
