What you’ll do & Who you are

We are seeking a Sales Data Analyst with expertise in data analysis to help optimize sales strategies and support our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will transform platform data into actionable insights to identify business opportunities, improve sales performance, and inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze data from the company’s digital platform (user traffic, behavior, conversions, etc.) to support the sales team

Identify usage patterns and propose strategies to enhance customer value.

Develop detailed reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance based on platform data

Collaborate with product, marketing, data, and sales teams to align initiatives with insights generated from data analysis

Segment customers and analyze data to support targeted initiatives (e.g., upselling, cross-selling, retention)

Provide sales forecasts using platform data and predictive models

Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., acquisition rate, churn rate) to refine sales strategies

Automate analysis processes to improve efficiency and speed in delivering insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within digital platform or e-commerce environments

Strong proficiency in SQL

Proficiency in data analysis programming languages, preferably Python

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Knowledge of statistical techniques for business-oriented data analysis

Nice to have :

Experience with machine learning models for customer segmentation, churn prediction, and sales forecasting

Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS

Understanding of digital analytics and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
