Job Description

To support our growth, we are seeking a Sales Customer Support based in our Novedrate (CO) office. You will be a service-oriented professional who understands customer needs. Your knowledge and experience will contribute to expanding our EMEA market presence by supporting our Sales team dedicated to Industrial Automation products.

Responsibilities

  1. Proactively and accurately handle key account customer orders, shipments, and invoicing.
  2. Communicate with and support customers efficiently and promptly to resolve questions, concerns, and requests related to product availability and information.
  3. Serve as the main contact for inventory and delivery information regarding products.
  4. Maintain clear and transparent communication with remote employees and other departments.
  5. Receive, check, and process customer orders in SAP; confirm delivery dates.
  6. Follow up on missing or incorrect data with customers or internal departments.
  7. Monitor customer order backlog and proactively initiate expedites to meet delivery requests.
  8. Create shipment documents in SAP, coordinate with warehouse for shipments, and prepare shipping documentation.
  9. Coordinate special shipping arrangements with warehouses, transportation companies, and SCM team.
  10. Issue invoices and proforma invoices; review AR and follow up on overdue invoices; process logistic invoices.
  11. Support sales inquiries related to product availability, pricing, and information; maintain customer master and pricing data in SAP/SPS; foster good customer relationships.
  12. Respond professionally and promptly to inbound/outbound call inquiries.
  13. Make outbound calls to follow up and respond to inquiries.
  14. Ensure high customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

  1. Experience as an Order Processor and Customer Sales Support; experience in the Industrial Market Segment is a plus.
  2. Proficiency with SAP; knowledge of SAP transactions and Office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) is mandatory.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
  4. Customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude with good organizational skills.
