Position Summary

Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, including filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying. Prepare sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders. Promote brand awareness internally and externally. Gather materials and assemble information packages like brochures and promotional materials. Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty to Marriott. Manage information in sales software, including commissions, leads, and third-party data. Address guest questions regarding property facilities, services, rates, room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, and events. Serve as the primary contact for clients via phone and email.

Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure professional appearance; maintain confidentiality; protect company assets. Greet guests according to standards; anticipate and address service needs; express genuine appreciation. Communicate clearly and professionally; prepare accurate written documents; answer phones courteously. Develop positive relationships with colleagues; support team goals; listen and respond to concerns. Comply with quality standards. Perform physical tasks such as moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related experience
• No supervisory experience required
• No specific licenses or certifications needed
