An established industry player is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their theatrical distribution team in Milan. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the theatrical distribution industry, managing daily sales and operational activities for movie releases. You will play a crucial role in ensuring audiences have access to top cinematic entertainment while working closely with cinemas and supporting contract management. Job Summary:

About the Role & Team

As a Sales Coordinator within our theatrical distribution team, you will manage daily sales and operational activities for movies distributed to cinemas in Italy.

This role offers hands-on experience in the theatrical distribution industry, directly impacting the success of our movie releases and ensuring audiences access to top cinematic entertainment.

Note: This position requires onsite presence 4 days a week. It is a fixed-term parental leave cover for approximately 6 months, starting early June.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the release plan for national movie releases at various stages.
  2. Provide technical and operational support to cinemas.
  3. Maintain and update internal systems, with onboarding provided.
  4. Support contract management from generation to signing.
  5. Assist other business lines in organizing client screenings.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Exposure to the theatrical industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience in sales and account management.
  • Proficiency in reporting and systems management.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and MS Office.
  • Fast learner with high system affinity.
  • Understanding of theatrical content management is beneficial.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with effective communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and quickly solve problems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
