Collegio alla Querce, Auberge Resorts Collection, a former cultural institution and beloved boarding school, is undergoing an extensive transformation to highlight its storied history dating back to the 16th century. As Auberge’s third European destination, Collegio appeals to design enthusiasts and gourmets alike. The property features three original buildings with 83 rooms, an original chapel and theater, a library, two restaurants, and a bar that was once the school’s principal’s office. Surrounded by old-growth cypress and soaring oak trees, the grounds include expansive lawns, five levels of terraced Baroque gardens, a pool, and a garden bar and restaurant.
We invite you to embark on a dynamic career as a Sales Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating seamless and memorable events. Acting as the key link between the sales and events teams, you will be responsible for creating impeccable guest experiences and ensuring every detail reflects excellence. Your daily tasks will include collaborating on sophisticated sales strategies, coordinating catering services for a variety of events, and crafting bespoke experiences that leave a lasting impression on our guests.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to attract clients for events and catering services.
- Acting as a liaison between sales and catering departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Facilitating the booking and planning of events, from corporate meetings to social gatherings, tailored to clients’ preferences.
- Assisting in the creation of proposals, contracts, and event orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, contracts, and event details.
- Conducting site visits with clients to showcase event spaces and discuss requirements.
- Working with vendors and suppliers to secure resources and negotiate contracts.
- Supporting marketing efforts for events and catering, including promotional materials and social media content.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue and meet sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
