For our Flagship store in Milano, we are currently looking for a :

Sales Consultant – Full time - TD

We are looking for exceptional candidates to join our team and support in providing the perfect Bally experience for every customer.

Our Sales Consultants are our ambassadors : committed, passionate, willing to deliver a unique and true luxury experience to the Bally clientele and establish a long-term customer relationship.

The ideal candidate must possess a high affinity towards the world of Retail and Luxury leather goods and be caring, ambitious and inspiring.

Desired profile :

  • Support in customer service
  • Digital attitude
  • Excellent standing and attention to grooming
  • Passion for Fashion and luxury-goods
  • Strong team player
  • Fluency in English and Italian; other languages would be a plus

Responsibilities :

Show motivation to succeed, consistently meeting individual goals

Build customer loyalty through CRM and active client book development

Actively participate in trainings to support new products introduction

Help maintain the shop floor, assist with VM, stock management and replenishment.
