The Sales Consultant Mid South Italy will be based on field and working closely to the Sales Representative, provides support and develops tactical plans to maximize revenues, supporting other specialists.

You will be working at BD Rowa. Rowa Technologies by Becton Dickinson automate the warehouse of pharmacies and other healthcare facilities. With more than 15,000 systems worldwide, the Rowa brand stands for quality and reliability "Made in Germany".

About the role:

• Working closely to the Sales Representative, provides support and develops tactical plans to maximize revenues, supporting other specialists.
• Meets/Exceeds sales targets
• Maintains customer reports across all systems and works closely with the sales team
• Supports customers in training as needed
• Maintains and develops relationships with key customers and references positively impacting the customer experience
• Utilizes the CRM database to input and provides information that will increase effectiveness "in front of" the customer and further support sales.
• In the near future, develops the role increasing sales by selling to end users

About you:

• 2 years of experience in Sales (CRM knowledge).
• Degree on Economics, Engineering, Sales/Marketing or any equivalent technological background.
• Fluent English (knowledge of German is preferred).
• Ability to manage customer expectations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the flexibility to readily adapt to change
• Pharmaceutical business knowledge is an advantage
• Willing to travel, this role is field base.

Preferred location: Pescara, but strong candidates from across Adriatic Coast will also be considered.
