We are seeking an experienced sales consultant for our Flagship Store of premium audio and video products.

Key functions:

  • Consulting (including technical) clients on products, selection of the most suitable product, cross-selling based on corporate standards
  • Achieving personal sales targets (by income, by product groups)
  • Advising clients on product issues - warranty, repairs, deliveries, company policies based on corporate standards
  • Handling incoming calls to the offline store and outgoing customer communications
  • Selling old stock, focus positions, and services
  • Informing customers about promotions and activities
  • Registering sales, refunds, invoices, etc., in software
  • Managing cash register operations and maintaining cash discipline
  • Ensuring the safety of goods and store equipment
  • Maintaining merchandising standards in the store
  • Completing training as per the approved program (full-time training and corporate systems)
  • Performing other relevant tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications and skills:

  • Knowledge of IT products, home appliances, audio and video systems
  • Relevant experience in similar roles
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
