Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, consultative sales experiences based on a deep understanding of client needs and preferences.
  • Master verbal and non-verbal communication techniques to foster trust and connection with each visitor.
  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Apply emotional intelligence to navigate high-end customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.
  • Think quickly to provide tailored product recommendations and solutions that align with customer lifestyles.
  • Maintain an exceptional eye for detail, ensuring top-tier product presentation and showroom atmosphere.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and client profiles using CRM tools and contribute to sales growth targets.
  • Be proactive in driving in-store sales, participating in events, and representing the brand in a luxury environment.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in premium retail sales, especially in luxury goods, consumer electronics, audio / video systems, or design-focused products.
  • A passion for technology, innovation, and luxury lifestyle experiences.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience working with CRM systems and familiarity with sales process tracking.
  • Positive, polished, and professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently to achieve targets.
