Overview

We have a great opportunity with One Identity for a Sales Compensation Analyst in our Deal Desk Programs. Our Sales Commission Team handles sensitive commission information for sales makers to ensure they are compensated accurately and timely.

Responsibilities
  • This position requires close interaction with Sales Operations & Supports, Sales, Accounting, Human Resources & Payroll, and other financial organizations within Quest.
  • Work tasks to perform and complete:
  • Monthly close activities, including addressing compensation queries from sales makers, preparing sales commission accruals, and administering actual sales commission payouts.
  • Ad hoc / As needed basis: build and administer sales compensation frameworks, and assist in ad hoc analysis.
  • Engage in process standardization & simplification:
  • Work with team members to review and improve existing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with business partners to streamline processes and address potential issues affecting commissions.
  • Perform or support audit and control testing as necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with corporate accounting policies and ensure consistent processes across regions and globally.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration (major in Finance) or Management.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in an MNC. Fresh graduates with strong academic results may be considered.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); Oracle knowledge is a plus.
  • Results-oriented, flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with all management levels.
