A leading company in medical technologies is seeking a professional in business development for the FES Market in Italy. Responsibilities include managing key customer relationships, delivering training programs, and identifying growth opportunities. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Business or Bio-medical engineering and has 3-5 years’ experience in the MedTech field. Proficiency in English and German is preferred.

Competenze

  • 3-5 years' experience within the Bio Medical Technology or MedTech.
  • Confident and determined approach with self-motivation.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.

Job Task
  • Business development of FES Market in Italy
  • Managing of relationship with partners and key customers (ENT, Neurotology, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery)
  • Representation of STIWELL / MEDEL
  • Responsibility for delivering local training & education programs on MED-EL FES and attending professional congresses & customer
  • Close working relation with MED-EL's Sales & Clinical Hearing Implant team to identify commercial opportunities for Functional Electrical Stimulation Solutions
  • Work with the salesforce rollout team to identify data required for reports and dashboards to support the sales function and to improve processes
  • Cooperate with the international sales team
  • Increase market penetration of FES
  • Clinical support for our customers
  • Traveling is an important part of the role
Your Profile
  • University degree Business / Bio-medical engineering - life sciences
  • 3-5 years' experience within the Bio Medical Technology- MedTech.
  • Very good English, German and other language skills will be appreciated
  • This position will work closely together with Business Director MED-EL Italy & Director Corporate Business Development EA in HQ (Innsbruck)
  • Business skills as well as commercial awareness
  • Confident and determined approach
  • Highly interested in clinical processes
  • Prior experience in a role where you've demonstrated business or sales acumen
  • High degree of self - motivation and ability and willingness to travel
