Role Overview :

We’re looking for a driven and motivated full-cycle sales professional who’s eager to own the entire sales process — from prospecting to closing. You’ll be responsible for generating new business through strategic outreach, managing pipeline opportunities, and closing deals. This is a high-impact role that goes beyond booking meetings; we're seeking someone who can build strong relationships, deeply understand client needs, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is action-oriented, resourceful, and excited by the challenge of building and converting a sales pipeline in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You should be confident in leading sales conversations with key decision-makers, skilled in using modern sales tools, and ready to grow with a company like RTB House.

You Will :

1. Own the full sales cycle — from outbound lead generation to closing new business.
2. Execute high-volume outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage decision-makers.
3. Book and lead discovery and demo meetings with prospects.
4. Identify, map, and navigate target accounts and key stakeholders.
5. Conduct thorough research and tailor outreach to each prospect’s structure, goals, and challenges.
6. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through diligent follow-up and CRM tracking.
7. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer success) to align on client needs and handoff strategies.
8. Consistently meet or exceed revenue and activity targets.
9. Provide feedback and insights to improve sales messaging, outreach strategies, and conversion rates.

Desired Experience :

1. 2+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally full-cycle (SDR / BDR experience plus closing responsibilities).
2. Demonstrated success with outbound sales and cold calling.
3. Experience speaking with mid- to senior-level decision-makers.
4. Strong ability to independently research, map accounts, and build tailored outreach.
5. Understanding of a structured sales process — from first touch to signed contract.
6. Proficient with outbound sales tools and CRMs (specific platforms discussed during interviews).
7. Proactive, self-motivated, coachable, and resilient in a dynamic sales environment.
8. Native in Italian, and strong communication and presentation skills in English.
