A global provider of consultative solutions is seeking a motivated Sales/Business Development Specialist for its Milan office. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of sales experience, ideally in technology or consulting, and will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages preferred. This full-time position offers a great opportunity to develop sales expertise in a dynamic environment.

Sales/Business Development Specialist

K2 Partnering Solutions is a global provider of innovative consultative solutions in enterprise applications, AI, and cloud technology.

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Specialist with 1–5 years of experience to join our dynamic Sales team in Milan. In this role, you will work closely with the Business Development Team Lead, focusing on generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting sales growth across the region. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop their sales expertise in an international and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Contacting prospective clients through cold and warm calls.
  • Generating leads and pursuing opportunities to acquire new clients, while also supporting the management of existing accounts.
  • Building and managing your own portfolio of clients and identifying opportunities for expansion within your accounts.
  • Promoting K2's full suite of services, with an emphasis on Consulting Services.
  • Identifying client needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Working flexibly, either in a 360° business development capacity or collaborating with internal teams to address clients' staffing needs.
Qualifications
  • 1–5 years of experience in sales with a major focus on business development, ideally within the technology or consulting sector.
  • Previous experience in IT consultancy (SAP, ServiceNow, or Salesforce) is essential for senior candidates and highly preferred for junior profiles.
  • Comfortable with B2B outreach and phone-based client engagement.
  • Genuine interest in technology and digital innovation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Fluency in English, French or German preferable for this role.
