Key Responsibilities

Strategic Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for Europe, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics across the regions.

Partnership Development

  • Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with Banks, PSPs (APIs & EMIs), Fintechs, and other relevant financial institutions licensed to offer cross-border payment services.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and mutual growth.

Revenue Growth

  • Drive revenue by acquiring new clients, expanding market share, and cross-selling products and services.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and performance objectives for each region.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience:

  • At least 3+ years in business development, sales, or partnership roles within financial services, fintech, or cross-border payments sectors.
  • Proven success managing and expanding businesses in Europe.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the cross-border payments ecosystem, trends, challenges, and key players in the target regions.

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with European financial regulations and compliance.

  • Existing relationships with PSPs (APIs, EMIs), Fintechs & Banks in Europe & UK, preferably in their correspondent network departments.

Skills: Relationship-building, stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, presentation, strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, cultural sensitivity, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, willingness to travel extensively.
