Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic sales team as a Key Account Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering annual targets through the execution of sales basics and developing strategic relationships with key customers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in sales accounting, preferably in FMCG, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. A bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver annual targets through the execution of sales basics;
  • Negotiate assortment and promotional plans;
  • Develop strategic and long-term relationships with key customers;
  • Protect the company and customers from competition;
  • Build customer loyalty through focus on customer satisfaction and retention;
  • Develop sales strategies to increase turnover;
  • Strategic planning to improve customer results;
  • Support other departments in OTC process;
  • Manage profitability through NRM principles.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales accounting - preferably in FMCG sector;
  • Cross-functional career is preferred: marketing or finance or trade marketing in addition to sales experience;
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial attitude;
  • Ability to challenge the status quo;
  • Goal-oriented;
  • Fluent in spoken Italian and English.
