Descrizione del lavoro

KONE Italia, part of KONE, a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, offers innovative solutions including elevators, escalators, doors, and maintenance and modernization services.

We are seeking a Sales Back Office to join our team in KONE with an apprenticeship contract.

The main activity during the on-the-job training period, working alongside colleagues in the Customer Service office, will involve developing solutions/proposals to present to clients based on specific requests related to local installations.

Additionally, the role will include:

  1. Analyzing inspection reports, usage reports, or other necessary reports to identify the optimal solution to propose to the customer;
  2. Gathering necessary information to develop the technical solution within specific timeframes;
  3. Estimating costs and pricing the solution using dedicated configurators;
  4. Presenting the technical/economic solution to the customer;
  5. Following up with the customer to receive orders for activities;
  6. Passing the order to the local operational structure for job management.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Customer focus and good relationship skills;
  • Reliability and accuracy;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with familiarity in CRM and SAP preferred;
  • English language skills are a plus.
