Vhernier Group seeks an exceptional retail assistant to provide a unique client experience and foster loyalty at their Villa D'Este boutique in Cernobbio. Ideal candidates will have luxury retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in English and Italian, contributing to the group's diverse values and client relationships.

Competenze

• Previous experience in luxury retail.
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional language is a plus.
• Available to work in Cernobbio, Villa D'Este boutique.

Mansioni

• Ensure exceptional client experience and cultivate client relationships.
• Meet boutique targets, including CRM initiatives.

How will you make an impact? You will:

• Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during each client interactions, transmitting the vision and values of the Maison
• Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty
• Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative, including the ones related to CRM initiatives
• Deliver excellence in operations: aftersales, VM, inventories etc
  
  

How will you experience success with us?

• Have previous experience at the highest levels of luxury in retail
• Be confident, organized, efficient, with a great attention to detail, result and action-oriented with strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Be independent and autonomous with excellent interpersonal skills
• Have a solid understanding of the retail world, including selling ceremony, KPIs, competitors
• Be fluent in English and Italian, additional language will be a plus
• Be available to work in Cernobbio, Villa D'Este boutique
