GENERAL ROLE

The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting clients through personalized and memorable customer experiences, sharing stories about the brand history and product craftsmanship. They provide exceptional service to develop sales and build long-lasting relationships with clients through heartfelt and bespoke attention, maintaining the highest integrity.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Advise and support customers across all product categories to meet their needs and ensure a memorable omnichannel experience.
  2. Act as a storyteller, suggesting and surprising clients, delivering consistent quality of service to foster client relationships and increase sales.
  3. Provide all necessary information to customers, including aftersales product care suggestions.
  4. Develop and maintain a customer portfolio through proper client discovery and bespoke experiences to foster loyalty and establish long-term relationships.
  5. Collect and update client data in accordance with privacy policies and company procedures.
  6. Participate actively in customer events and promotions when needed.
  7. Build a solid product knowledge base, staying updated on new products, prices, and stock availability.
Profile
  1. Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on fashion or linguistics.
  2. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is an advantage.
  3. Experience in direct sales, preferably in a luxury boutique.
  4. Proficient with Excel and other IT tools.
  5. Willing to work on a temporary basis; the fixed-term contract is estimated to last 3 months with full-time hours.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
  7. Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
  8. Availability, flexibility, and dynamism to thrive in a high-paced environment.
