GENERAL ROLE

The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting clients by providing a personalized and memorable customer experience. This includes storytelling about the brand's history and product craftsmanship. The associate aims to deliver the most memorable customer experience to develop sales and build long-lasting relationships with clients through heartfelt and bespoke attention, maintaining the highest integrity.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advise and support customers across all product categories to meet their needs and ensure an exceptional omnichannel experience;
  • Act as a storyteller, suggesting and surprising customers, and delivering consistent, high-quality service to foster client relationships and increase sales;
  • Provide customers with all necessary information, including aftersales product care suggestions;
  • Develop and maintain a customer portfolio through proper discovery and bespoke experiences to foster loyalty and establish long-term relationships;
  • Collect and update client data in accordance with privacy policies and company procedures;
  • Participate actively in customer events and promotional activities as needed;
  • Build solid product knowledge by staying updated on new arrivals, prices, and stock availability.

PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on fashion or linguistics;
  • Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is an advantage;
  • Experience in direct sales to clients, preferably in a luxury boutique environment;
  • Proficient with Excel and other IT tools;
  • Willing to work temporarily; the fixed-term contract is estimated to last 6 months;
  • Professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism, ease of integration, and teamwork skills are essential.
