Richemont is seeking individuals for a talent pool to prepare for future roles in luxury retail across Italy. Ideal candidates should possess experience in luxury settings, be fluent in English and Italian, and have strong interpersonal skills to provide exceptional client service.

• Confident and action-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent in English and Italian; other languages are a plus.

How will you make an impact? You will :

• Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during each client interaction, ensuring that the business is impeccably represented at all times.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty.
• Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative, including those related to CRM initiatives.
• Deliver excellence in operations: during and after sales, VM, inventories, etc.
• Act as a supportive team player, adaptable and willing to learn.
• Develop a growing passion for our creations, which will create the basis for your engaging storytelling.

How will you experience success with us?

• Have previous experience at the highest levels of luxury in retail, hospitality or events.
• Be confident, organized, efficient, with great attention to detail, result and action-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Be a supportive team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Have a solid understanding of the retail world, including selling ceremony, KPIs, competitors.
• Be fluent in English and Italian; additional languages will be a plus.
