The Team

The team inside the stores collectively strives to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers. The team works together to uphold the store's reputation, achieve sales targets, and create a positive environment that reflects the values of PVH. Each member contributes uniquely to the team's success, ensuring that the store remains a destination of choice for customers seeking quality products and outstanding service.

The Position

Reporting directly to the store management team, the Sales Associate will be responsible for being a Brand Ambassador, accompanying and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process.

Manage the relationship with an international customer base, providing details about PVH Italia's products and values.

Use effective sales techniques to achieve set goals.

Promote the corporate culture and image by becoming a Brand Ambassador.

Contribute to creating a professional and motivating work climate.

Assist in maintaining Visual Merchandising standards.

Check stock on the sales floor and replenish as necessary to ensure the full range of products and sizes are available.

The Ideal Candidate

Enrollment in a university faculty is required.

Dynamism and strong operational and organizational skills.

Excellent appearance and polished presence.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Willingness to work shifts, especially on weekends.
