Sales Associate Milan (m/f/d) | NEW OPENING

Your Tasks

• Create engaging and interactive customer experiences to build brand loyalty, offering comprehensive and personalized service through your expertise and open personality.
• Convey the value and quality of our products as a brand ambassador, supporting customers with your product knowledge.
• Maintain deep brand and product expertise while staying updated on current fashion and footwear trends.
• Use our cash register system confidently, processing daily transactions, exchanges, and refunds accurately.
• Ensure our products are presented attractively and in accordance with guidelines.
• Handle opening and closing procedures of the store.
• Assist with storage tasks and replenish goods on the shop floor alongside your colleagues.
• Be aware of store targets and sales figures, actively contributing to KPIs.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in high-quality (shoe) retail is preferred.
• Enjoy interacting with people, eager to learn, and able to serve as a competent contact for customers.
• Inspire colleagues and customers with your positive personality.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous.
