YOUR TASKS :

• Build brand loyalty by creating engaging and interactive customer experiences, offering comprehensive and personalized service through your expertise and open personality.
• Convey the value and quality of our products as a brand ambassador through competent support.
• Demonstrate deep brand and product knowledge while staying updated on current fashion and footwear trends to remain at the forefront of this dynamic industry.
• Confidently use our cash register system and handle daily closings, exchanges, or refunds accurately and responsibly.
• Ensure our products are presented attractively and according to specified guidelines.
• Be responsible for opening and closing the store.
• Perform general storage tasks and replenish goods on the shop floor with your colleagues.
• Be aware of store targets and sales figures, actively contributing to KPIs.

• Initial professional experience in high-quality (shoe) retail.
• You enjoy interacting with people, are eager to learn, and are a competent contact person for our customers.
• You inspire colleagues and customers with your positive personality.
• Excellent Italian and English skills; additional languages are a plus.
