We are currently looking for a Brand Ambassador to deliver a first-class client experience in a dynamic environment. You will be an integral part of a highly motivated team, unleashing your sales skills to surpass individual and team targets.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Build and retain a loyal customer base through superior customer service and experience.
  2. Maintain boutique standards, focusing on cleanliness and an appealing appearance.
  3. Capture meaningful customer data to create professional relationships and personalize future opportunities.
  4. Attend ad-hoc client and company events.
  5. Extend product knowledge through proactive research and participate in trainings.
  6. Proactively follow industry news, technology, and key market competitors.
  7. Assist the Boutique Management in upholding health and safety standards.
  8. Help the Boutique Manager with CRM data analysis and reporting.
  9. Respond to and resolve customer concerns professionally and empathetically.
  10. Maintain the organization of back-of-house stock storage.
Your Profile
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of Russian, Chinese, or Arabic is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and culturally adept.
  • Strong data collection and reporting skills.
  • Courteous and service-oriented demeanor.
  • Excellent listening and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in sales techniques to meet diverse customer needs.
  • Committed to providing impeccable after-sales service.
