Job summary

Christian Dior Couture Firenze is seeking an Intern Sales Associate to learn to deliver exceptional customer care and service quality in a luxury boutique.

You will support the Store Manager, grow your product knowledge, and build a local and international client book while upholding our standards of elegance and courtesy.

Availability for a full-time internship (40 hours per week) is required; English fluency is highly valued and additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Interest and preferably experience in the retail and/or service field.
• University education or a Fashion school degree.
• English (C1-C2) + other languages are a plus.
• Office 365 and other basic knowledge of digital software.

• Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and KPIs.
• Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment with best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and via e-communication.
• Assist in developing local and international Client Book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients.
• Learn stories of our product and engage clients through product knowledge and details.
• Problem-solving in partnership with the team to resolve client issues for the business and client benefit.
• Participation in boutique operations including delivery preparation, packaging, and maintaining product exposition.

We are looking for a Sales Associate Internship to join our amazing team at Christian Dior Couture for our boutique located in Firenze.
As a member of our team, you will learn and acquire the right abilities to be responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the Ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and you can make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.

Growing your career as a Intern Sales Associate is a fantastic opportunity to develop critical skills. You can support the Store Manager and the boutique team in the following activities:

• Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Ensure a welcoming client focused environment, which includes offering best in class service, in person, over the phone and through e-communication
• Assist in developing local and international Client Book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients
• Learn stories of our product and engage clients through product knowledge and details
• Problem-solving in partnership with the team to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved to the benefit of the business and the client
• Participation in the maintenance of the boutique order through the cleaning and reorganizing of the Boutique and the fitting rooms and the control of the product exposition.
• Back-office activity with preparation of a delivery and of the essential elements for the products packaging and wrapping.
