Position: Sales Associate (Fixed-Term Contract, Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service with detailed product knowledge.
2. Build and maintain a client database, demonstrating the luxury lifestyle.
3. Resolve customer complaints promptly.
4. Support stock replenishment and stock takes.
5. Participate in promotional events and represent Jimmy Choo.
6. Contribute ideas to enhance store performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Enthusiastic, self-confident, and motivated.
• Ability to understand and embody the luxury lifestyle image.
• Professionalism in all circumstances.
• Willingness to go the extra mile to meet targets.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Arabic is a plus.
