What You’ll Do:

1. Provide exceptional customer service by developing detailed knowledge of our products.
2. Build, develop, and maintain your own client database, embodying the luxury lifestyle in all interactions.
3. Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
4. Support stock replenishment and assist with stock takes.
5. Participate in promotional events and represent Jimmy Choo during various activities.
6. Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance store performance.
