Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Italy, Campania region. You will be the face of the brand, delivering standout customer experiences and driving sales while keeping the store polished.

If you enjoy fast-paced days, strong teams, and making customers feel valued, this is your moment to shine. You will help customers select apparel and footwear, stock and maintain the store, and participate in omni-channel requests and payments.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California) per the job posting.
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills; ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with technology (hand-held and mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out.
• Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right apparel and footwear.
• Share what they know about our products.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store as needed, including POS and payment processes.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience.
