A luxury fashion brand located in Milan is seeking a motivated Stylist for a 1-year fixed-term position. The Stylist will be responsible for ensuring exceptional client service and developing long-term relationships. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of retail experience and be fluent in Italian, Arabic, and English. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a diverse and supportive team in a high-end environment.

Competenze

• 2/3 years of previous experience in retail sales and operations.
• Fluent in Italian, Arabic and English.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Overview

Our Stylists are the ambassadors of the Maison, in charge of welcoming every guest into the Chloé family. They are a trustworthy advisor to clients and reliable partners for the Maison. We are looking for a motivated Stylist - 1y fixed-term that will join our Chloé family in Via della Spiga - Milano.

How will you make an impact?

• Ensure every client is welcome and well taken care of, taking pride in developing long-term relationships
• Be aware of CRM targets and actively engages in all actions to reach them
• Implement personalized reach-out campaigns and utilizes all tools available to complete CRM tasks within given timeframe
• Offer excellent customer service and improve individual business performance

How will you experience success with us?

• 2/3 years of previous experience in retail sales and operations
• Fluent in Italian, Arabic and English. Any other language is considered a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
