Job Description:

GENERAL ROLE

The Sales Associate contributes to the business of the store and to the quality of service to customers by ensuring an optimal management of the store’s daily sales activities to support selling teams. He/She provides the most memorable customer experience to develop sales and build long-lasting relationships with clients through heartfelt and bespoke attention, with highest integrity.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support customers by providing all types of information, including aftersales product care suggestions;
  • Develop and maintain a customer portfolio through proper client discovery and a bespoke experience to foster loyalty and establish long-term relationships;
  • Collect and update client data, in accordance with privacy policy and company procedures;
  • Receive and process all incoming products, including returns;
  • Label and sort items by category;
  • Organize all stock spaces, ensuring tidiness and efficiency to optimize flows and facilitate the Sales Team;
  • Replenish products in every area, maintaining an organized environment.

PROFILE

  • At least one year of experience in a similar job or store environment, preferably in Retail / Luxury Goods companies;
  • Fluency in Italian and English;
  • Proficiency with Excel and IT tools;
  • Willing to work part-time;
