About the Role: EMEA Talent Acquisition Sales Associate

Our retail division at Michael Kors is a growing network of over 30 outlets, 80 lifestyle stores, and 100 concessions/shop-in-shops across 21 European countries. Our EMEA retail team is passionate, driven, multicultural, and has a vibrant international spirit.

Who You Are : Passionate about fashion and thriving in a fast-paced environment, our Sales Assistants are MK Ambassadors representing the vision of Michael Kors. They are empowered to deliver an elevated customer experience, collaborate positively with team members, and approach challenges with speed, energy, and optimism.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead by example as an MK Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools.
  • Maintain floor and stock presence.
  • Build and maintain good communication with the management team to enhance store performance.
  • Utilize product knowledge to advise customers passionately and confidently.
  • Understand business results and identify opportunities to drive sales.

What You Need to Have:

  • Enthusiasm and excitement to work in a fast-paced retail environment with relevant sales experience.
  • Capability and desire to collaborate and inspire fellow team members to achieve results.
  • Proficiency in technology and leveraging it to enhance sales and customer experience.
  • Strong communication skills; local language proficiency is preferable.
